Modern Slavery Statement

Date: 29 October 2025
Company: Axiom Intelligence Ltd (Company No. 16385903)

1. Our Structure, Business and Supply Chains

Axiom Intelligence Ltd is a UK-based technology company specialising in advanced AI and data solutions for regulated industries. Our operations span across the United Kingdom and Sweden, where we design, develop, and deploy data modernisation, analytics, and intelligent automation technologies.

Our supply chain primarily consists of professional services, cloud computing providers (including public cloud hyperscalers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud), software vendors, and independent consultants. We maintain direct relationships with our suppliers and service partners to ensure transparency and compliance throughout our operations.

2. Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

Axiom Intelligence maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our internal policies, including our Code of Conduct, Supplier Standards, and Ethical Procurement Policy, outline clear expectations that all employees, partners, and suppliers uphold human rights and operate responsibly within their respective markets.

3. Due Diligence Processes

To prevent modern slavery within our business or supply chain, Axiom Intelligence employs robust due diligence processes:

  • Pre-engagement screening of new suppliers, focusing on ethical and legal compliance.

  • Contractual clauses requiring adherence to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  • Periodic supplier reviews to ensure continued compliance and transparency.

  • Preference for long-term relationships with reputable, audited suppliers.

  •

4. Risk Assessment and Management

Given the nature of our business — primarily digital, professional, and technology-based — the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is considered low.
However, we recognise potential risks in extended supply chains, particularly in:

  • Offshore development or subcontracted IT services.

  • Procurement of electronic hardware and related equipment.

We mitigate these risks through supplier vetting, clear ethical standards, and engagement only with trusted global partners who share our values and compliance commitments.

5. Measuring Effectiveness

We regularly review our practices to assess their effectiveness in preventing modern slavery.
Our performance indicators include:

  • Annual review of supplier compliance documentation.

  • Monitoring and reporting of any incidents or concerns (none to date).

  • 100% completion rate of employee training on ethical and legal compliance.

  •

6. Training and Awareness

All Axiom Intelligence employees receive guidance on identifying and preventing modern slavery as part of our compliance and onboarding programmes.
Specialised training is provided to those involved in supplier management, procurement, and partnerships to ensure they are equipped to recognise risks and take appropriate action.

7. Group Structure

This statement covers the operations of Axiom Intelligence Ltd (United Kingdom) and its affiliated entity Zeusify AB (Sweden), which forms part of the Axiom Intelligence group.
Both entities adhere to the same ethical principles, due diligence processes, and supplier compliance standards set out in this statement.

8. Approval and Publication

This Modern Slavery Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Axiom Intelligence Ltd and applies to the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
It will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
