1. Organisation and Supply Chains

Axiom Intelligence Ltd (“Axiom Intelligence”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-based technology company providing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence services to public-sector and enterprise clients.

Our operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom. We employ a small number of permanent staff and engage a limited number of specialist contractors. Our supply chains are predominantly UK- and EU-based and consist mainly of:

Professional services (cloud services, software tooling, advisory support)
Technology vendors and SaaS providers
Business support services (legal, accounting, insurance)

We do not operate in high-risk sectors traditionally associated with modern slavery, such as manufacturing, agriculture, construction supply chains, or low-skilled labour markets.

2. Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Axiom Intelligence is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

We operate under the following policies and principles:

Zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking
Compliance with all applicable UK employment laws and regulations
Ethical procurement and supplier engagement
Fair pay, lawful working conditions, and respect for human rights

Our internal policies include:

Code of Conduct
Supplier onboarding and due-diligence checks
Whistleblowing and reporting mechanisms

3. Due Diligence Processes

Given the nature and scale of our operations, we apply proportionate due-diligence measures, including:

Assessing modern slavery risk during supplier selection
Prioritising suppliers based in the UK or jurisdictions with strong labour protections
Reviewing supplier terms to ensure compliance with labour and human-rights standards
Avoiding suppliers where transparency or compliance concerns cannot be adequately addressed

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to request additional information from suppliers regarding their employment practices.

4. Risk Assessment and Management

We assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains as low due to:

A knowledge-based workforce
Minimal use of manual or outsourced labour
A limited, transparent supplier base
Predominantly UK and EU operations

Despite this low risk, we recognise that modern slavery can exist in all sectors and therefore remain vigilant. We regularly review our operational model and supplier relationships to identify any emerging risks.

5. Effectiveness and Performance Indicators

As a growing organisation, we measure effectiveness through:

Ongoing review of supplier relationships
Monitoring compliance with internal policies
Prompt investigation of any concerns raised
Periodic review of this statement and related processes

To date, no incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking have been identified within our business or supply chains.

6. Training and Awareness

All employees and directors are expected to:

Understand the risks of modern slavery
Act in accordance with our ethical standards
Raise concerns where suspected breaches occur

Targeted awareness is provided to those involved in procurement and supplier engagement, appropriate to the size and risk profile of the business.

7. Approval and Governance

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Axiom Intelligence Ltd’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.

It has been approved by the Board of Directors.
